In the event that you opt for a refund, we will process it promptly within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the items being returned are unused, unaltered. Once we receive your returned products, our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for a refund.

Please note that in cases where the returned products are damaged or have missing components, the decision regarding the refund will be at the discretion of Playmat UK. We strive to provide fair and reasonable solutions for every situation.

Faulty Goods:
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to cases where you receive faulty or incorrect goods. If you discover that a product in your parcel is damaged or does not match your order, we kindly request you to notify us within 5 working days. Rest assured, we will respond to your concern within 3 business days and provide a suitable resolution.
Upon confirming the fault or error, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. This may involve repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected item.

Postage on Returns:
For any faulty goods, we will bear the return postage cost. For any other reason, customer has to pay for the return delivery cost
